| Registration |
The early registration cost per child is $65 if submitted by November 12. After November 12 add $10. ($75)
The deadline for registration is November 20.
Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $15.
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $15. |

| Evaluation Times |
1st and 2nd grade boys/girls: Monday, November 17, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
3rd and 4th grade boys/girls: Tuesday, November 18, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
5th and 6th grade boys and girls: Thursday, November 20, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. |

Everyone must attend one baskeball evaluation or cheerleading sign-up.
They will take place in the gym at Highlands Community Church. |

Practices are held each week regardless of holidays and school breaks (i.e. Winter Break). |

Begin Saturday, January 24, 2009 and run through Satuday, March 15, 2009 |

Upward Basketball and Cheerleading is a Bible-based community and church league for boys and girls in 1st through 6th grades. We just finished an amazing season filled with fun, and are already planning for our next season!
